The duty of the Standing Orders Committee is to scrutinize, consider and report to the Assembly from time to time upon any amendments to the Standing Orders to the Assembly to be considered and to scrutinize, consider and report upon any matter and to exercise any function which may from time to time be referred to it by the Assembly.
The Chairperson of the committee should report from time to time the deliberations of the committee by lying the minutes before the Assembly
